## Fixed — 30 fps sources (RTMP from DJI Fly, HDMI capture dongles, 30 fps aircraft) looked slightly uneven

- **A 30 fps picture on a 60 Hz output is now shown at a fixed 2-refresh cadence.** Each frame used to go to the screen the moment it arrived, so a frame that landed a few milliseconds late was shown for three refreshes and the next for one — the "not quite smooth" look on RTMP, where Wi-Fi and TCP add exactly that jitter. The unit now measures the source rate, keeps one frame in reserve, and shows every frame for exactly two refreshes (three for 20 fps, four for 15). Cost: one frame of latency (33 ms at 30 fps). 50 and 60 fps sources are unchanged.
- `DJI_KMS_FRAME_HOLD=0` restores the old present-on-arrival behaviour; the renderer log line `cadence: source … fps on … Hz` shows what was measured.
